We as “Built-Up Engineering Pvt Ltd”, a multi-disciplinary engineering company based in Panaji-Goa, India.
We have a very rich experience in conceptual design, basic engineering, detailed engineering & design analysis of all types of structural related engineering using various international codes of structural engineering & using various countries standards, materials and its codes.
As the emerging scenario in Engineering Process Outsourcing, we have forged a strong team and promoted this organization to carry out all types of engineering in all standards and codes especially in the following areas:
I began my career with Set up Consultants Ltd, Mumbai in the year 1982 as a draftsman in the Engineering department. I was employed later with a top fabrication Company in the Gulf and worked there under the guidance of the HOD steadily learning, and rose to a project leader due to his dedication and hard work. While in the company and as a project leader I handled major refinery projects and heaters. My dedication and leadership qualities were recognized by the high-ups and I was promoted thus being sent to India in 2008 to set up a branch of the company. I was assigned the task of handling the detailing and designing office with a staff of 120 that worked under his guidance. In 2017 I resigned only to start the company ‘Built-up Engineering Pvt Ltd’ in partnership. I have worked with a major EPC company’s in the world and has good experience in detailing, production, erection management
I as a partner of Built-Up-Engineering Pvt Ltd have experience in design detailing Fabrication and Erection and having experience in the steel industry for 32 years, came up from a small firm and then joined a major Indian company well recognized for steel projects, from there joined a big fabrication company in the middle east where I made a big impact on my career and growth, growing relationship with the client was a major plus point on my career where I can convince a client for major decisions during the execution of the project, I have been involved in providing continues support for sales and marketing for bidding the project with necessary inputs, providing support for procurement with advance material order list for profiles and bolts in order to catch of the dates for rolling steel mills. Attending Kick-Off Meetings with clients and Providing support for project management as my major role. Also having the knowledge of fabrication and knowledge of CNC Machine. Providing support for an erection whenever required was always there to solve erection problems and satisfy the client with solutions. I am a Results-oriented management professional with over 18 years of experience between Europe and the Middle East in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction, in the sectors of oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and mining, with structural steel fabricators and EPC contractors. I am an active participant in developing long-term strategic planning, including cost forecasting, capital purchasing, scheduling and implementation. Motivational ‘lead by example’ management style focusing on respect, integrity, accountability and trust. I have started my career with Saipem in the civil division Department, taking care of all the technical aspects of Structural steel. Further to my experience with Saipem I have worked for more than 10 years for a leading structural steel company in the Middle East with different roles including Engineering Manager and VP Operation. Currently, after coming back to Europe I am taking care of all the overseas Project of Built-up-Engineering Pvt Ltd, focusing on client satisfaction, value-added Engineering and assure that all aspect of the Project are meet by the engineering team in India. my vision for built-up-Engineering Pvt Ltd is to become the best engineering firm in India in terms of Quality and delivery.
